My client is looking for an Marketing Database Manager to work with Sales & Marketing to aid informed decision making and drive sales.

Reporting into the Marketing Director, Key duties include:

- Segmenting and targeting current market for all marketing activities (campaigns, events etc).

- Tracking and conversion of leads and maximising sales opportunities across all channels. 

- Managing and utilising customer data across the CRM, event booking platform, and website.

- Building and developing the marketing operations function of the business.

The successful candidate will have:

Prior experience with marketing automation (e.g. Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot), and campaign analysis - HTML is a plus.

Strong collaboration skills, ability to work with others at different levels in the organisation.

Experience working with sales to drive quality leads.

Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, mathematics, or other related field or equivalent.

3 – 5 years’ experience is database management/marketing analytics with proven track record of innovative campaign strategies.

Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies.
