KFS are currently recruiting for a commercial & bridging BDM on behalf of a key client, a finance company based in Watford, for the Southern Region

Purpose: To develop commercial & bridging loans business through regular visits to introducers and regular contact by phone and email. Must have knowledge and experience of 2nd charge lending.

Salary £45 to £50k for the right candidate & up to approx 13% of salary payable in bonus on top of salary if targets are exceeded

3% of salary payable towards pension

£5000 car allowance

Key Responsibilities

Hit personal sales target

Plan and maintain a strategic diary of appointments with brokers

Actively seek increasing sources of business from existing contacts, and building new relationships and sources of business

Maximise bridging sales from introducer base by building relationships

Analysis of management information and bridging business levels to identify opportunities and manage any decreasing business from introducers.

Attendance at exhibitions, workshops, lender days, seminars and other opportunities

Assisting with timely following up of enquiries received

2. Knowledge

Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of products sold

Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of competitors

3. Account Management

Maintain high levels of customer service

Ensure that introducers are serviced effectively with any problems resolved swiftly.

Ability to listen and address needs of brokers/customers by responding quickly to meet their needs

4. Reporting

Ensure that reports are prepared timely and accurately for meetings.

Maintain up to date records of all contacts and details of meetings on the systems as required.

Meeting your individual sales targets.

Meeting your targets regarding the frequency and level of contact with brokers.

Increasing the broker base, level of enquiries and completions
