Legal Secretary - Employment & Pensions

This large UK law firm based in St. Pauls are recruiting for a Legal Secretary to join the Employment & Pensions department to provide full secretarial support to a section of Partners and Fee Earners.

Duties will include:

• Diary management including arranging meetings, booking rooms, preparing itineraries and distributing marketing materials
• Organising travel arrangements
• Typing and amending correspondence and documents
• Complies with all internal policies, procedures and processes
• Assisting with client queries
• Assisting with business development initiatives
• Managing fee earners work
• Filing of paper documents and closing files promptly
• Organising couriers and upkeep of stationary orders
• Any ad hoc support required

Skills & Experience:

• Candidates must be qualified legal secretaries with minimum 1-2 years previous legal experience, ideally within an Employment and/Pensions department
• Experience of working on either Tax, Trusts and/or Successions is preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Typing speed of 60wpm +
• Experience in Worksite, Elite InterAction
• Reliable and well organised
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
