Salary: £16,000 - Made up of £14650 basic plus £100 - £200 call handling per month
To screen incoming calls from customers and clients to the business. To troubleshoot any problems and deal with queries if appropriate or redirect as necessary.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as the first point of contact for a variety of lenders, estate agents and customers providing excellent service at all times.
Address customer enquiries and, if appropriate, redirect calls accordingly.
Provide customers with ancillary product and/or service information.
Follow up calls where necessary whilst managing customer expectations effectively.
Respond to queries from internal customers in a timely manner.
Update customer/client information on Company database as necessary.
To take payment from customers where appropriate to meet daily and monthly targets.
Identify and resolve priority issues, escalating where necessary.
Identify marginal gains opportunities and communicate to Line Manager.
To adhere to company policies at all times.
Any other duties as assigned by your Line Manager.
