The Role
Deliver maximum profitable growth through the delivery of personal sales and marketing initiatives leading to the compliant sale of General Insurance and Risk Management Services products and the generation of Life leads in a manner designed to establish long term and effective relationships with target customers, within the local community.

Job Specification
• Plan, prospect, select and sell General Insurance products to target customers that are designed to meet their long term needs, are compliant with sales quality and advice standards and regulatory requirements, to meet personal and Branch targets.
• Review, evaluate and process the portfolio of existing customers to ensure retention, and the generation of new business to maintain compliant and profitable growth and expand the reputation for excellent service.
• Identify, develop and generate Life and Risk Management Service leads from existing and new customers to meet relevant targets and reinforce the relationship with and the reputation.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with field sales teams, Regional Service Centre teams and external Farming Unions to establish the company as an effective and profitable provider of insurance services to its target customers.
• Maintain own knowledge and skills to sell professionally and compliantly, delivering a consistently good experience to customers to meet the requirements and standards of my client, T&C scheme and our regulators.

• Experience of face-to-face sales, achievement of results in a targeted environment and the meeting of Training and Competence requirements
