Client Details

Our client is an innovative offshore recruitment and staffing company with UK offices in Mayfair, London and Operations Offices in the Philippines.

The organisation is solving the IT skills shortage in the UK providing Tech companies with Philippines based software developers that work from our UK managed offices in the Philippines. Having launched in 2014 they have rapidly grown to a team of over 150 staff from the UK, US, Australia and the Philippines with revenues heading towards £4m per annum.

Description

The Recruitment Manager would have the following responsibilities:

  • Generating your own leads and closing business

  • Building and developing a high performing sales team
  • All aspects of day to day team management
  • Dealing with inbound leads and doing introductory sales pitches

  • Developing long term relationships with clients

  • Attending regular Tech networking events and industry conferences

Profile

We are looking for the following skill-set:

  • 10 years sales or recruitment experience

  • 3 years management experience

  • Self-motivated and committed

  • Friendly and approachable

  • Effective in handling large amounts of information and working methodically and accurately

  • Pro-active, responsible and accountable for work

  • Willingness to go the extra mile

  • Confident in speaking on the phone and regularly meeting new people

  • Good writing skills to formulate sales copy and client emails

  • Computer literate (Microsoft excel, Word etc)

  • Ability to recruit, train and manage junior staff

  • An interest in startups and general business

Please note - the successful candidate would be required to spend the first month of employment in the Philippines to gain a full understanding of the operational side of the business.

Job Offer

Basic Salary up to £50,000 plus OTE
