The RNLI is the charity that saves lives at sea. We are now looking for an Events Co-ordinator to help deliver our Lifeboat Station Ceremonies events as part of our Event Logistics Team.

If you have a positive, enthusiastic approach and experience of delivering events, this is a superb opportunity to facilitate the success of one of the nation’s most recognisable charities.

As an Events Co-ordinator, you will plan and deliver the individual events that make up the RNLI’s Station Ceremony Events programme. These events represent significant moments within both our volunteer communities and donor stewardship.

This is very much a hands-on role, so we are looking for someone that is equally adept at loading and transporting equipment to an event as they are at managing the admin and planning within the office.

As RNLI events can be based anywhere in the UK or Republic of Ireland, we are looking for an independent individual that is happy to travel extensively for work.

Interested? To be considered, you’ll need:

- Previous experience of delivering events
- Experience of keeping people safe through the implementation of risk assessments, event safety plans and briefings
- An Event Management qualification (or equivalent experience)
- A full, valid driving licence

As an Events Co-ordinator, you’ll have excellent networking, interpersonal and communications skills. Adaptable and flexible, you’ll also have a highly organised approach and outstanding time-management abilities.

Experience of working with multiple stakeholders would be beneficial.
