As our new ?Client Solutions Manager, ?you will work closely with the Business Development Director to strengthen the company’s market presence in the region ?and developing new and existing client relationships. Some of the performance indicators for this role will include business generated, project, design and customer management , developing new clients to strategic accounts .?You will?be instrumental to achieving our goal of building our brand to bring competitive advantage to our Design Consultants. ?You will be based in London and will be working with offices across the Asia Pac region. Specific responsibilities
? You will be a key influence in client development strategy in the region & consult , showcase our value proposition to existing and prospective clients and recommend the right business and workplace solutions. ? You will be a partner to the business development team and attend key meetings with prospective clients to understand the client’s brand vision and goals for the project. ? You will be collaborating with the team on the strategy & execution for pitches for winning business in the region. ? You will work closely with identified design leaders and ensure they have the appropriate "client speak" and know-how to create a winning design pitch. ? You will achieve financial goals set by the organization in order to meet the team and individual sales target. ? Identify new workplace trends as well as new partners to engage with by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Are you the one? ? You are a seasoned professional in the Workplace market sector and have a strong network and with global companies in the region. ? You have a degree in Architecture/Interior design or project management and experience of ?corporate interior projects with ?at least 6 years in B2B business development in the Workplace industry . ? You have excellent communications skills and ability to build trust and ?collaborative relationships (both internally and externally). ? You have a track record of achieving business development targets in a sustained manner. ? You are a strategic thinker yet have in-depth understanding of the operational synergies ? You are passionate about impacting 'industry leading thinking’ in workplace design and execution a?nd stay abreast of trends and competitive positioning.
