Are you an experienced planning officer looking for a new role? Our client are a local authority based in South East London who are looking to recruit 3 Development Management Town planner to join their team. Initially 6 months contracts the positions have the opportunity to move onto ongoing assignments. The suitable candidate would need to have working knowledge of dealing with planning application and also have dealt a large case load of applications (the client would consider both candidates with UK and non UK planning back grounds) 2 positions will be working on household applciations whilst the other position will be focusing on minor applciations. The candidate would need to have a relevant planning degree. The contract would be for an initial 6 months with a view to be an ongoing contract. Rates for the position range from £22-£27 per hour. Interviews will be arranged shortly and appointed candidate will start soon there after.
