They can be flexible on how the hours are worked and are ideally looking for anywhere between 3 to 4 days per week.

The role will include the following

  • Financial Book-Keeping using Sage Instant Accounts software
  • Bank reconciliation on Sage
  • Maintenance of Purchase ledger and organisation of payments
  • Assisting with preparation of fee invoices where required
  • Maintenance of Sales Ledger on Sage
  • Monitoring of Cash Flow
  • Production of VAT Returns
  • Organisation of Outsourced Payroll
  • Maintenance of Debtors list & Debt Chasing
  • Preparation of Dividend Vouchers
  • Board meeting minutes
  • Processing Expenses
  • Petty Cash
  • Liaison with accountant to enable preparation of accounts including Pre Payments and Accruels and Depreciation
  • Annual Returns, Bank Deposits
