Exclusive are working with a leading nationwide trainer provider as they build their portfolio of courses. We are looking to speak with qualified Trainers and Assessors nationwide to deliver training across a wide spectrum of courses and services. You will be responsible for delivering high quality training and assessment to a variety of teams across multiple sectors and industries.
With demonstrable experience of designing and delivering training to different audiences of different levels of experience and working knowledge of government funded programmes for training and employment.
As an experienced Trainer and Assessor you will have a clear understanding of SFA funding and a good working knowledge of the new Apprenticeship Levy would also be an advantage to your application.
Due to the nature of the role, it is expected that you will have exceptional presentation and communication skills and be experienced in delivering on a 1-2-1 basis and to a group, both individually and as part of a team of Trainers.
You will be able to provide suitable written and verbal feedback and support to all learners and be aware of different learning requirements. You will provide assessment through observation of key tasks, on the role learning and written assessment.
As a qualified Trainer and Assessor, you must hold relevant training qualifications and/or certifications (PTLLS, AET, Cert Ed, etc.) in addition to qualifications in your relevant industry field. Assessors are required to hold relevant assessment certifications (D32/33, A1, CAVA, etc.) and have experience within an assessment role. You must possess a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
