Your new role
You will be responsible for arranging and managing appointments. This will include making external phone calls as well as managing incoming calls. You may deal with suppliers, trade and general custom.
What you'll need to succeed
Good communication skills and telephone manner.
Familiarity with the use of outlook and external diary systems would be beneficial.
An enthusiastic and team player attitude.
