INBOUND SALES AGENTS REQUIRED
Interaction Recruitment are currently working on behalf of a dynamic and exciting well established business and recognisable named business based in Warrington. Our client boasts a modern and well equipped contact centre that is situated near great public transport links.
Due to the continued growth of our client they are on the look out for top sales agents to join there inbound sales campaign.
Various shifts patterns are required to fit in with the demands of the business so successful sales agents will be expected to remain flexible to work shifts for the following hours:
***08:00- 20:00 Monday to Sunday (Rota basis), 40 hours per week***
As an Inbound Sales Agent your main responsibilities will include:
-Responsible for achieving agreed KPIs
-Delivering great service to customers and effectively advising them were necessary.
-Determination and resilience are key factors
-An upbeat friendly approach to speaking to customers is essential
The successful Inbound Sales Agent should possess the following skills and experience:
-Previous contact centre or sales experience
-Effective listening skills
-Adapt at multi-tasking while listening to calls
-A focused and keen attitude to work and colleagues
-Excellent communication skills
-Driven with a desire to meet and exceed targets
-Passionate and eager for a new challenge
