£25,000 - £27,000 plus up to £5000 bonus per annum - £30,000 - £32,000 OTE

We are currently working on behalf of our widely recognised client based in Bristol who are looking to recruit an Outbound Sales Team Leader to join their advancing team due to continued success and growth.

As an Outbound team manager you must be Self-driven, results orientated, flexible, a great communicator, have the ability to work on own initiative, have a clear focus and drive to get there. Reliable and committed to role, able to take instruction and to work well as a team or on own initiative. Well presented at all times. Able to communicate at all levels. Good communication, organisational and administrative skills. Able to work extended hours during peak periods as required. Must be adept in use of computer systems.

-Managing a contact centre team
-Be an ambassador for customer focus
-Working towards team KPIs and sales targets
-Maintaining a constant level of morale throughout team
-Carrying out regular 121s with team
-Performance reviews
-Assist with disciplinary action
-Assist to train the team
-Attending regular operations team meetings
-Guide, coach and mentor all team members
-Handle complaints and escalation calls

As an Outbound Sales Team Leader you will have?
-Experience working in a call centre environment
-Experience of managing a sales team
-Excellent customer service skills
-Hardworking, dedicated and motivated to deliver drive a team to exceptional service to Customers at all time
-Positive and enthusiastic attitude
