Page Personnel are currently recruiting a Billing / Sales Ledger Supervisor on behalf of a Global Professional Services business based in East Leeds.

Client Details

This well established Professional Services business is growing at a rapid speed they have offices throughout the UK and a fantastic opportunity has come available for a Billing / Sales Ledger Supervisor to join their successful Finance team based in East Leeds. This is a newly created role and there is plenty of opportunity to implement new processes and procedures whilst also managing a growing team of four Billing and Sales Admin Specialists.


The successful Billing / Sales Ledger Supervisor will report directly into the Finance Manager and will oversee a team of four Billing and Sales Admin Specialists.

They will be responsible for, but not limited to; creating customer accounts and validating contracts, managing contract approvals, setting up accurate billing profiles and schedules, managing the customer termination process, bespoke billing for key customers, billing of all contractual and other revenues, monthly reconciliation of billing, dealing with internal and external queries and other ad hoc duties when required.


The successful Billing / Sales Ledger Supervisor will have:

  • A background in Billing / Sales Ledger
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • A process driven approach to work
  • Good IT skills including MS Excel (advanced)
  • Previously managed a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
