The Account Portfolio Team will play a key role in the overall growth of the business through improving interactions with existing clients. You must be an excellent communicator who is proactive, confident and able to build good relationships with key clients - it's likely you will have come from a phone based customer service role where you have been dealing with commercial clients.

Account Manager / Key Client Account Manager will:

  • Maintain existing relationship with key commercial clients
  • Client retention by dealing with issues quickly as they arise
  • Reprice requests & reviews
  • Upsell to existing client base
  • Account cancellations
  • Problem escalation

In order to be successful in this role you will need to have a positive attitude and a 'can do' approach towards work. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer service professional looking to build a career in Account Management. You should come from a phone based customer service environment, be polished, professional and speak English to mother tongue standard.
