£30,000 + £40,000 OTE + Double OTE + Car Allowance

I am recruiting for a Channel Sales Role to join a growing business within the Telecommunications industry. This role is completely mixture of new business aswell as managing existing accounts. You will be targeting and maintaining customers and growing their channel base experience within telco specifically Unified Coms is essential. This vacancy is due to this organisations financial growth in 2016.
A business development role focused on growing user numbers across a mix of new business, established channel and account management. This incorporates the full business development and sales cycle, from lead qualification and management through to contract closure and reporting. Main objectives are to grow Mobile-X / Voice Connect converged services subscriber base and grow channel service provider and VAR partnerships.
The BDM will work directly with the directors to develop sales within key strategic partners whilst at the same time looking for growth opportunities in new prospects and identifying new channel partners. The BDM role needs a well-motivated individual capable of complete self-management with the energy and appetite for getting on and making things happen, balanced with the patience required to understand long term relationships. Working standalone in a small team, the BDM must be resilient, adaptable, quick to learn, and have great communication skills.
*New and recurrent business development to achieve channel/partner growth and subscriber numbers growth to targets
*Basic targets 200/user/mth growth at £5/mth (but commission is uncapped)
*Lead generation and qualification to grow and maintain an ongoing sales pipeline
*Represent the company and its services in all sales channels
*Sales closure and order form / contract signature
*Sales/lead tracking and monitoring in company CRM
*Maintain lists of prospect states in company CRM
*Sales/lead reporting to management on a weekly basis
*Manage own appointments, scheduling and travel arrangements
*Liaise with and help to define marketing plans
*Work closely with support and technical teams in pre- and post- sales to maintain product knowledge
*Coordinate with support and technical teams on service affecting issues as far as they may impact business development relationships
