Part Time Property Management Accountant
Varied role for a successful property SME in the heart of Southampton. The Management Accountant will report to the MD and will take responsibility for the full finance function.
Hours are negotiable as are days so please indicate your preferences with your application.
The business uses the cloud based package, Xero, so any applicant with experience of systems projects in an SME environment would be useful.
My client is open on accountants from a QBE or qualified or part-qualified background, but is looking for a confident personality, with the ability to make things happen and mange the business when the MD is away from Southampton, which happens periodically.
- Monthly Management Accounts (P&L BS & Trial balance)
- Budgeting & Forecasting on a monthly and annual basis
- Cashflow management
- Cost management
- Year end liaison with auditors
- Ad hoc projects
- Variance and profitability analysis by unit
- AP AR VAT and Bank reconciliations
- Supplier review
- Pensions auto enrolment
- Excel reporting
