Business Development Executive

Simpson Dean Ltd is currently recruiting for a Business Development Executive for their client based in Henley on Thames, Oxfordshire.

Our client is seeking a keen, switched-on, focused and driven sales person to build up business with new and existing clients.

The successful candidate’s main duties will be to call, email and market the company’s services to gain growth. Once the successful candidate has knowledge of the services provided by the client, the role will involve client visits to secure business.

Primary responsibilities will include:

· Identifying new sales leads

· Pitching products and/or services

· Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers

· Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets

· Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing

· Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings

· Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives

· Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products

· Developing quotes and proposals

· Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person

· Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
