Sales and Marketing Director UKI - Total FM (Industry and Corporate)

Open to location - Central London 3 days per week with national travel

Our clients, a global integrated TFM provider, are looking for an exceptional Sales and Marketing Director. They are looking for someone with all round operational business experience able to take the organisation with them as they deliver innovative sales and marketing strategies across the organisation.

This vibrant Sales and Marketing professional will have a strong knowledge of Total FM and ideally understand M&E, complex contracts and forging client relationships. This person will have experience to manage a team of Business Development Directors, Heads of Department and Account Managers covering all aspects of Hard and Soft FM plus M&E.

Reporting to the CEO:

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Change Management

  • Continuous improvement

  • Strategy

  • Manage a team

  • New Business Development

  • Drive client presentations and lead bids

  • Proven Business development within facilities management

  • KPI's & Budgets

  • Monthly reports for the Board of Directors.

The ideal candidate will be a passionate Sales & Marketing Director who has operated in the FM space. You will be a strong networker and relationship builder who can work with this CEO to grow the Business Sales Revenue over the next 5 years. You will be managing and growing your team, developing key accounts and winning new business. You will have a strong background in Sales and Total FM in the corporate or industry space. Preferably an understanding of the M & E sector but this is not essential.
