Due to continued YOY double digit growth and some seriously exciting plans to continue at this rate, I am looking for a Senior IT Sales Professional to join an IT Infrastructure & Managed Services business as an Account Director.

The business have a fantastic culture; professional but not overly corporate, they have some top notch facilities, exceptional awards & accreditation's, strong relationships with key clients & partners, a great social scene for the team and they really do invest in the training & development of their people - which are a number of the reasons why the average tenure of the team is 5+ years.

The role is an Account Director position, you will be tasked with managing a handful of large, existing accounts - they will be household names and the capability within these accounts is huge. You will need to be skilled in retaining and renewing existing contracts along with new business within these accounts to ensure increased revenue and profit YOY.

The proposition of my client encompasses Networking Solutions, IT Security, Data Centre, Unified Communications & Connectivity - the primary partner focus is Cisco and experience selling complex solutions of a similar nature is imperative for this position.

You will be based from home, but can expect your clients to be located around the South East of the UK - you will also be expected to head in to the City from time to time.
