A market leading financial services company is looking for an experienced customer insight analyst to join their expanding team as a Senior Customer Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for you to lead a small team in their quest to influence the direction of the company through actionable data-driven insight gained from tools such as SAS, SQL and R.

Duties and Responsibilities - Senior SAS/R Customer Analyst

  • Create and establish advanced customer analytics - e.g. segmentation, cohort analysis and customer retention
  • Enhance overall online customer experience through analysing and improving customer journeys
  • Maximise online marketing targeting and personalised analytically driven communications
  • Work closely with, and lead other analysts, data engineers and technologists to share knowledge, evaluate opportunities and recommend improvements to current processes.
  • Develop, train and develop junior members of the team

Skills and Qualifications - Senior SAS/R Customer Analyst

  • University degree in a numerate discipline - mathematics, statistics, engineering etc
  • Expert knowledge of tools and languages such as SAS, SPSS, R, Python
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to interact with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to carry out a senior role within the team, as well as working independently to meet tight deadlines
