THE COMPANY:

Our client is prominent within the Investement industry, they are looking for an experienced administrator to support their team of Consultants (IFA's) and provide an excellent service to their elite client base. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop a longstanding career within investment and wealth management.

THE ROLE:

- Provide an administrative support service to Partners and Consultants to ensure a seamless professional and customer focused experience
- Managing all documentation in a timely and accurate manner
- Complete client application forms in line with company guidelines
- Completion and filing of client and provider meeting notes
- Liaison and working with the Operations and Paraplanning teams
- Dealing with finance queries including invoices, billing, commissions, etc.
- Maintaining the customer relations system
- Coordination and management of the workflow of consultants and partners
- Arranging client meetings and valuations, preparing all necessary meeting documents and packs in a timely manner
- Managing diaries of the Consultants/Partners
- Be first contact point for clients, assist in the resolution of any queries

THE PERSON:

- Educated to A ‘level (or equivalent) standard
- Attained or working towards relevant financial services qualifications is desirable
- Must have at least two years’ experience of working in a regulated financial services environment
- Ability to organise and prioritise own workload and that of consultants / partners
- Experience of working with high net worth individuals
- Excellent MS Office skills, in particular Excel
- Understanding of how current financial legislation and regulation impacts on their role
- Product knowledge of ISSA’s, SIPP’s, onshore and offshore bonds – essential.
- Highly motivated and with a can do attitude
- Customer focused mind set with a good client manner
- Excellent communication skills, covering the written and spoken word
- Ability to produce accurate and compliant client work
