Trainee Counter Fraud Claims Handler-Motor


Up to £25K depending on experience

Barker Munro Insurance Recruitment are pleased to be working with an impressive large insurance organisation who are looking for a Trainee Counter Fraud Claims Handler to join their busy expanding office.

The main responsibilities of the position will be to manage a portfolio of suspected fraudulent claims. You will investigate these cases under supervision and will decide appropriate actions to take. You will work with on establishing information and evidence in order to repudiate or settler cases and you will always treat customers fairly. You will need to be able to manage your own portfolio and will also feedback to management to help improve processes and claims experiences.

In order to be considered for the position of Trainee Counter Fraud Claims Handler you will need to have claims experience gained working in a Motor Claims environment with some claims/indemnity validation experience. You will be a strong negotiator with excellent customer service skills. Working towards or having your Cert CII qualification will be an advantage however this is not essential as my client will offer full study support.

The organisation offer an excellent working environment and attractive benefit and the working hours will be Monday to Friday 9 - 5.
