Our client, a well respected Broking House based within the Lloyd's and London market are looking to recruit a Compliance Assistant to their team to bolster their compliance division.

Acting as a conduit between the Compliance team and all Broking divisions of the business this role will suit an individual with a strong understanding of compliance monitoring plans, audit frameworks, building governance reports and knowledge of Lloyd's regulatory requirements. Ideally you will have a strong understanding of PRA / FCA Handbooks. The successful candidate will play an important part in working with the wider business to achieve organised conformity and standardisation of the Compliance, Conduct and Regulatory framework(s). Naturally you will have a strong eye for detail as this role will be heavily involved in analysis specifically GAP analysis and research, of existing or new compliance and conduct policies, procedures and controls.

Experience of working within Insurance is essential for this role ideally within a Broking House although your CV will be reviewed if your CV shows that you are working for a Lloyd's Syndicate or within a Company market.

Ideally you will be Degree Educated (or equivalent).
