I am currently recruiting for a French Speaking sales person to join a growing company based in Burton on Trent. The role is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 17:30.

My Client is in the IT Software industry and the successful candidate will be targeted in lead generation and introducing the Companies features and benefits. These details will then be passed to the Sales Manager who you will be working closely with.

The role has the opportunity to progress to a more senior sales position if you prove to be a success.

• GCSE Level C and above (English and Maths)

• Previous formal sales training

• Minimum 1 years' recent experience in a similar role

• B2B sales experience

• Excellent communication skills

• IT Literate, advanced skills in MS Excel and ideally MS Access (Office 2016)

• Able to motivate and manage themselves

• Good organisational skills

• Good administration skills

• Conscientious and hardworking

• Prepared to learn new skills

• Able to work as part of a team

• Resilient with a positive attitude and a creative approach

• Present themselves in a professional manner

• It is desirable that the successful candidate will be able to speak French and/or German also.

The role offers an excellent starting salary of £18,000 with a commission structure resulting in OTE up to £25,000. Working in a lovely office environment as part of a settled team, there is on-site parking, 22 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays and a company pension scheme.
