My client, an independent, well established and respected brokerage is seeking a Commercial Account Executive due to expansion.
You will have the flexibilty to build a niche book or you can target general businesses. In addition you will be expected to prospect for new business by networking and building introducer relationships. Once you have won clients, you will also be responsible for renewal retention. You will work closely with and be ably supported by an experienced account handling team.
A proactive experienced commercial broker who has gained some experience in front of clients or a junior / established Development / Account Executive will be considered. However, a solid technical commercial insurance background is a prerequisite as is the drive and determination to build your own book of commercial business.
My client offers a flexible supportive environment with realistic targets and expectations in this role, and also offer a highly lucrative commission structure of 10% on all new business and renewals.
