The Role

Payroll administrator required for an exciting outsourced and forward thinking company based in the heart of The Northern Quarter. This is a crucial role supporting an exciting, fast growing company reporting directly into the Payroll Manager and owners.

Your duties will include:

  • Processing a mixture of weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payroll

  • Assisting with tax year end

  • Dealing with client queries
  • Holiday calculations

  • Dealing with SSP and SMP

  • Processing attachment of earnings

  • Preparing BACs files for payments

Potential candidate criteria:

  • Payroll experience

  • A positive attitude and warm and friendly personality

  • Knowledge of Fourth Hospitality payroll software would be ideal although not essential

  • A good standard of education with GCSE's in both Maths and English

  • A passion for doing a great job and a hard work ethic

  • A high level of accuracy in their work
