My client is a international, leading mechanical engineering firm, specialising in automotive parts on a global scale.
Due to continued success and expansion in a key clients account they are looking for an experienced Account Manager to take control of building and developing the client relationship, ensuring retention, providing quotations, working to a sales plan and understanding technical requirements. You will be owning the account as a first point of contact, to ensure customer satisfaction, commercial viability and stakeholder assurance.
You will come from an account management background, ideally from the automotive industry. You will have proven success in managing a client account to ensure satisfaction, and retention. You will be enthusiastic, hard working and have a confident, driven approach.
