Collections Quality and MI Specialist
Location: Redhill
Salary: £25-26,000 per annum

Full Time

Lloyd Recruitment Services are seeking a Collections Quality and MI Specialist to work with managers and supervisors within the Collections and Recoveries teams to determine and establish procedures and quality standards and to monitor performance against agreed targets.

Key Responsiblities

  • To pro-actively take responsibility for the quality management standards of all staff, monitor adherence and provide feedback to the Collections management team.
  • Undertake call monitoring of collections and recoveries agent calls
  • Review and update existing procedures in line with regulatory requirements and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Review all existing processes and ensure 'how to guides’ are completed and maintained for each task.
  • Monitor quality and consistency of data held on internal systems through completion of the stock reconciliation process
  • Produce weekly, daily and monthly management information reports

Education and Experience

  • Computer literacy - proficient in Word, Excel and keyboard skills
  • Numerate to a GCSE Grade C standard or equivalent
  • Good systems aptitude and previous project management an advantage. A good working knowledge of Business Objects, Access and Excel.
  • Previous experience in the collections/recovery arena an advantage
  • Applicants need good numeracy and analytical skills
  • By flexible and have strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good time management and prioritisation skills
