To be considered please ensure you have the following:
• Independent school experience as a teacher and leader
• Leadership experience at various levels, in a variety of contexts
• Demonstrable commitment to implementing the ideals of independent education Experience of delegated school financial management responsibilities. Experience of managing, developing, inspiring and motivating staff
• Experience of implementing effective pupil tracking systems to ensure that pupils of all levels of ability achieve their potential
• Experience of policy development and educational compliance
• Experience of school self-evaluation processes, and the implementation of school improvement
