Junior Negotiator / Administrator
Proactive and ambitious junior sales negotiator / administrator required for sought after, independent estate agency situated in the Wellington area.
Our client, a well respected firm of established Estate & Letting Agents require a proactive and enthusiastic team member to work in one of their Somerset offices. This position would suit an articulate, well presented candidate with excellent admin & IT skills who is highly organised and able to work well in a team as well as be able to manage and organise your own workload.
This is a split sales negotiator and administrator role so you will have excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable nature. You will be required to register clients and book appointments face to face as well as over the phone, negotiate offers, book market appraisals and carry out viewings. You will need your own car for this.
Basic IRO £15 - 16,500 with OTE £16,500 - 18,000 depending on experience.
