Harvey Nash are now inviting candidates to apply for the position of SalesForce Administrator for an initial 6 months contract based in Glasgow. Your primary responsibility will be to support, enhance and continuously improve the ServiceCloud CRM solution in conjunction with our clients SalesForce Development team and key business users. You will be participating in technical requirement gathering sessions with technical BA and end users, to develop a deep understanding of the business processes delivered via the CRM and drive continuous system improvement. Main Duties: Run regular reporting and ensure that work flows are running correctly Work closely with and support the CRM Development team Provide support to Salesforce users Assist in the development of Salesforce roles and profiles. Implement process change alongside technical changes through configuration and customisation. Resolve high priority defects Participate in design, development, testing and deployment activities, gathering business requirements.
