Service Desk Analyst (Software/ Applications) - Salford Quays

Service Desk Analyst / Applications support engineer sought by this leading product based software organisation, developing a range of digital marketing systems, applications and services to the retail market-place

You will be part of a growing service desk in offering first class customer support to their client base, and working closely with their service delivery and products teams. You will assist in the replication and troubleshooting of technical issues and be involved in escalating more complex concerns.

You will be an excellent problem solver with first class customer service skills, and have an interest in supporting web-based systems and applications. Technically, you will receive full training on their systems and you should have a good general understanding of both helpdesk / service systems and general operating systems. A background in working in a service delivery or applications support role would be useful too.

Excellent prospects for both learning and career progression - working on both support and additional project work.
