An established, market leading provider of mobile big data and analytics products - that have seen significant year on year growth, with round B investment and doubling in size to 80 employees in the last 24 months! They are now looking for a Technical Support Analyst to take ownership of their customer support and delivery across all channels.

The Technical Support Analyst will be supporting their customer base that spans over 6 continents and the products consume large volumes of data daily. They're marketing leading offering provides solutions to consumers by identifying network performance but also help providers understand how to improve customer experience through real customer behaviours on commons apps such as Facebook, Amazon, Spotify, etc.

The perfect Technical Support Analyst will
  • Experienced in managing both apps and people
  • Have some scripting experience
  • Display previous client management experience
  • Understand how to triage tickets and escalate


This role will allow the Technical Support Analyst to progress quite quickly, we are looking forward to helping the Technical Support Analyst to grow a team underneath them or you could move into DevOps. As a business they understand the need for a work-life balance, allowing you to work from home as required.
