Situated in a local care home, you will ensure all support is given whilst giving them the very best of care. Providing care to 33 service users, the home caters for elderly, dementia, learning disabilities and mental health needs. The home can be found next to public transport and a local village. Deliver a professional service that meets physical and mental needs to all residents. You will have at least 6 months experience of working within a residential setting. Other requirements include: A valid DBS Driver Manual Handling and Basic Life Support / First Aid Training / Food and Hygiene Experience in a health and social care role with a flexible approach to working hours A good understanding of each resident's individual needs and requirements.
