As the ones who deliver the training to the organisation's 80,000 students studying their qualifications, they are particularly crucial. You will need to understand the audience and make use of all channels of communication to support them in helping their students to succeed. You will be required to develop an in-depth understanding of customers and product offerings to create targeted and personalised communications based on knowledge, insight and previous campaign results. You will be responsible for writing engaging copy across all channels, including print, website, social and email, and working with the design team and external agencies to produce and distribute communications. You will be line managing two Marketing Executives who will help you with this, but who also deliver communications to students and prospects. You'll be joining and supported by a fun, creative and dedicated team.Profile This is a hands on role, so you'll need to demonstrate previous experience of managing marketing campaigns from brief through to analysis, as well as solid email marketing and copywriting skills. Experience of managing people is also vital for this position, as well as supporting direct reports with their development. They're in need of someone with excellent communications skills who will be confident liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
