1st Line Windows Support

*1st Line Windows Support (Windows, Active Directory) required by leading Pharmaceutical firm based in Macclesfield*

A leading Pharmaceutical giant, based in Macclesfield, currently require a 1st Line Windows Support (Windows, Active Directory) to join a team of 7 in becoming part of the Service Desk, providing 1st Line Support to over 1000 users.

Upon joining, the 1st Line Windows Support (Windows, Active Directory) will support users and deal with issues that range from Password resets to supporting Windows server. The Service Desk is run using ITIL so any experience of working within this sort of environment would be great.

The best part about this role is the progression that it offers any 1st Line Support who joins can expect to become a 2nd Line Windows Support within 12 18 months and will learn a lot of new skills including server-side technology.

In terms of skills, the 1st Line Windows Support (Windows, Active Directory) should have a basic understanding of Windows and Active Directory, inclusive of password reset. Any experience of working within an ITIL environment would be great as would any grasp of SCCM.
