IT Support Analyst – Permanent – Warwickshire – £25k - £29k

A great opportunity working with a global client of ours to support their busy infrastructure. This role will involve you supporting users face to face and remotely dealing with hardware and software issues within the business. Crucially systems are live and the issues need prompt attention meaning your ability to stay calm and work under pressure is vital.

Alongside incident resolution, you will also assist with other jobs including administration, monitoring and maintenance of systems, and installation and upgrades. identify and diagnose issues and problems

This role has fantastic long term progression and also a great name to have on your CV.

ITIL Certification is essential for this position.

Key responsibilities and tasks:

·Identify software and hardware problems and repair

·Perform regular maintenance on hardware and software components

·Run diagnostic programs or use test equipment to locate source of problems

·Communicate effectively with end users and customer management

·Maintain security and functionality through application of programme temporary fixes.

·Network investigation
