Our FTSE 50 company are currently recruiting for telephony based IT Customer Services Analysts.
Working within a helpdesk / Service Desk environment you will be the first point of contact for all IT related queries from the internal customer base. You will assess the call, provide basic trouble shooting / 1st time fixes where possible or escalate up to the 2nd Line technical teams for resolution.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has worked within a callcentre / customer services environment who has a keen interest in IT. You will be provided with comprehensive training to provide you with all the required skills to perform the role.

These positions are to start ASAP and will pay between £8 £10 + HP / Pension PAYE or £9 £13.50 ltd/umbrella per hour depending on your experience.
