Role – Marketing/Technical Support Coordinator

Are you an experienced Marketing professional with Technical/Engineering knowledgelooking to work for a highly regarded and well-established company?

Would you like the opportunity to develop professionally, build on your knowledge and widen your skill set? Atlas Employment are pleased to be teaming upwith a client based in Thame, Oxfordshire. You will be maintaining their brand in the marketplace through their website and other marketing initiatives. Provide support to the product development department and help develop products and supporting collateral to the highest possible technical standard, enabling sales to support their customers and stay ahead in the market.

What will I be doing?

* Responsible for ensuring all new products/features are represented on the website with the best quality images. You will be required to create additional websites for sub-brands, creative and content

* Understand what major partners/customers expect from them, then support and guide strategy as well as implementation of campaigns

* Support day to day operational needs of the product development department

* Take responsibility for product data sheets, product drawings and user manuals, including multi language

* Metal work design for the core range, new and special products

* Support with build specifications CAD design

* Photograph all new and special items as produced, create and maintain the library of images for use by sales, agents and distributors. Create a library of all specials and ensure sales team/customers are aware of them and the website is updated

* Support with the creation and maintenance of multi-currency price lists

* Awareness of competitors will help you achieve all of the above support functions and therefore they expect you to keep abreast of competitor activity and report back to the business any relevant information

* Responsible for the showroom and products displayed. Preparing for customer visits.

* Meet and achieve specified targets and priorities as set out in the KPIs

* Support Technical Development Manager with product software testing and appropriate documentation

* Marketing/Social Media - develop a social media campaign and maintain the campaign once launched to meet the expectations of our partners/customers

I should apply if I have…

* Experience within Technical/Engineering Marketing

* Good experience within product development

* Previous experience in a similar industry but not essential

* Good client facing experience

* Microsoft Office

* Full UK driving license

Easy transport routes from; Thame, Aylesbury, Oxford, Wheatley, Bicester, High Wycombe
