We’re looking for a Digital Client Co-ordinator who is passionate about digital and who loves working with clients and building relationships!
Our client is a forward-thinking, progressive agency based in Central Birmingham. They are easily commutable from Warwick, Leamington, Stratford, Birmingham and surrounding areas. They are an established yet growing team with a collaborative approach.

The Digital Client Co-ordinator role will be a pivotal member of the Client Services team and will work alongside Project Managers and Strategists. You’ll be responsible for the successful on-boarding of new clients as well the long-term management of existing clients.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for;
- Establishing and maintaining day to day relationships with clients
- Attending client meetings to review performance and pitch upselling opportunities.
- Translates client requests and requirements into detailed instructions for the strategy, design and development teams.
- Support the Senior Client Partner by owning the annual revenue and profit margin targets of key clients, with weekly and monthly rolling reporting.
- Take ownership for client related issues, resourcing and resolving these in a timely and satisfactory manner - involving your pod and wider team where necessary.
You’ll be a real ‘people’ person, and with excellent communication skills you’ll really thrive off developing solid relationships with stakeholders at all levels – both internal and external. What’s more you’ll be naturally curious and enjoy collaborating with the wider team.
You will be proactive and comfortable reaching out to clients, making calls and setting up meetings. Supported by the Senior Client Partner, you’ll be responsible for taking briefs and managing them through the sales process quickly and accurately. You’ll be expected to work closely with the in-house strategy, design and development teams to ensure client briefs are being met.
In order to thrive in this role you will be extremely personable and friendly. You will have strong accuracy and attention to detail and you’ll have the ability to multi-task & manage your own workload. You’ll be comfortable taking the lead on calls and be happy to present ideas and proposals to clients. You’ll have strong administration and organisation skills to ensure all client comms and status reports are kept up to date in a fast-paced environment.
