AM Recruitment Ltd are acting on behalf of a client to recruit a Marketing Manager with lots of digital experience. Our client is a leading Market Research Agency who does business with an enviable blue chip client list. Carrying out Customer Satisfaction Surveys on behalf of clients to offer first class customer insight to enable them to improve their customer experience.

Ideally our client is looking for someone with:

* a degree in marketing

* a minimum of 5 years marketing experience

* strong digital skills eg: websites, adwords, PPC, landing pages, Social media etc...

* who can manage a budget of £100k plus, mostly focussed on PPC

* who can take responsibility for a new CRM system (the successful candidate will have input on which CRM system the company choose)

* Who is commercially savvy and understand the importance of recording and measuring ROI (return on investment) from marketing campaigns.

* an outgoing personality, feel comfortable liaising with members of the senior management team and Directors in relation to marketing initiatives.

* a pro-active approach to marketing, who will get on with the day to day jobs that make marketing initiatives work.

* the ability to possibly manage a more junior member of staff, who may be recruited to help with PPC campaigns.

* experience of writing copy and proof reading for a variety of different marketing platforms, once they've learned about the business.

Pay and benefits:

Our client offers a contributory pension scheme and holiday entitlement which increases to 35 days with service. All staff receive and additional 15 days unpaid holiday allowance that can be used in addition to any paid holiday entitlement.

Staff are enrolled in the non-contributory Westfield Health Care scheme and can claim back contributions towards opticians', dentists' and consultants' fees.

Our Client offers flexible hours, with core office hours of 10am to 4pm. This allows staff to flex their working day earlier or later, to suit them, Provided they do 35 hours over 5 days.

There are also bonus schemes in place, to ensure that everyone shares in the company's success. Each department also has a budget to spend in recognising and rewarding the success of team members or on team social events.
