We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team, where you will play an integral part in this varied and busy role. Reporting to the Accounts Supervisor, your primary focus will be to ensure money is collected to deadlines, chase outstanding payments and maintain payment details. You will set up direct debit payments for our students and ensure the direct debit runs occur on the agreed dates. You will also process payments and refunds as well as chase missed payments. In addition, you will complete daily and weekly administrative tasks such as adding banking payments to the systems and sending out paperwork when required. Students may raise queries relating to their bookings which you would need to investigate and resolve.
