The Role Our client is seeking an outstanding Account Director to drive key accounts forward, with leading Retail clients. The Account Director will to take responsibility for the performance the account teams, in order to meet and exceed client expectations. What You'll Do Create, maintain and develop Account Development Plans Identify and implement increased revenue opportunities Manage contractual savings targets/initiatives Identify key stakeholders and diarise regular meetings to embed in the client business - understand the client's future requirements and how our client can support this agenda Achieve financial expectations and manage the account with the agreed margin Become a subject matter expert in the sector and support new business wins/bids. What You'll Bring Previous experience as an Account Director within the retail sector Significant experience in the Marketing Services or Print Management industry, with a strong print knowledge Proven experience of building strong working relationships at all levels of the organisation Excellent interpersonal skills Strong and comprehensive experience of managing and leading teams Ability to ensure operational teams are working towards strategic goals Competent in MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook and online systems Strong Excel skills necessary Please note - Flexibility for this role is key as significant travel is required What They Will Offer You Our client recognises and value you as an individual and so they offer a wide range of employee benefits, tailored to suit your personal circumstances: Competitive Salary 25 days Holiday - plus an additional day off for your birthday!
