Who we're looking for:
You will be responisble for servicing a 120 seat restaurant serving fresh honest food cooked and presented to a very high standard. Ideally you will have a volume back ground, worked with an independent and have a real flair and passion for service excellence.
My client would like an exeperienced enthusiastic Junior Sous or Sous Chef or looking for a long term commitment. This is a rural location in a jaw dropping location working for superb employers. You will be working with the freshest of food all from the local Scottish Larder.
