Corporate Development Associate - London Global Energy/Commodities conglomerate seeks an In-house M&A/Corporate Development associate to join their team in London. This individual will join a growing team at an exciting time in their growth story. The firm benefits from a truly global presence and a strong history. Essential for the role: Demonstrate the ability in financial modelling, including resourcefulness in sourcing, analysing and validating data Demonstrated ability on M&A transactions Ability to quickly grasp and apply complex technical concepts and apply these to real world business situations Excellent written and verbal communication, in particular experience of producing written outputs for a senior audience including the Board Ability to manage own workload with multiple priorities Excellent organisation and project management skills Key skill requirements of the role include: A high calibre individual with the potential to progress into more senior roles within the group, who can make the most of the opportunity A flexible approach to work, with the ability to rapidly re-prioritise workloads as needed Demonstrate the ability to resolve complex business problems through analytically robust solutions Demonstrable ability to influence senior leaders through the use of clear analysis and logic arguments A strong analytical and problem solving skillset which includes financial modelling Experience at an investment bank, corporate financing firm or an in house corporate development function To apply please email a copy of your CV to:
