Role Description

We are looking for an experienced 2nd line support person with some 3rd line support experience.

The selected person will be working in a dynamic but pressurised environment and you will be expected to work alone and within a team but predominately supporting projects rather than end user support side of things.

Essential Skills:

2nd/3rd Line user/project support for circa 3 years as a minimum

Hyper-V and Nutanix experience

VMWare (desirable but not essential)

MS Technology Stack Exposure essential

Windows Server 2008-2016

MS Exchange 2013

W7 and W10

Knowledge of VPN

Knowledge of MPLS

Experience of server support

Must be happy to travel between sites (HQ (Jewry St) and Wimbledon)

Start date ASAP, hours are 8 hours working + one hour for lunch = 9 hours a day between 08:00am and 18:00.

Information Security

This position is within the defined scope of Plan-Net’s Information Security Management System (ISMS). The post holder is responsible for being at all times compliant with Plan-Net’s Information Security Policy and all other policies, processes and documentation which relates to information security within the Company as outlined in the Plan-Net Staff Manual.
