A well-established youth related charity is seeking an experienced Supporter Journey Manager to join their expanding team.The successful candidate will have sound knowledge of the supporter journey process and will be working closely with fundraising teams to improve supporter service and communications.Main duties for the Supporter Journey Manager:To lead on the coordination of communication plans across teams to ensure financial and non-financial goals are achievedWork with fundraising teams to coordinate the review, development and implementation of the organisations stewardship/supporter journey planTo support fundraising and communication teams to identify appropriate fundraising approachesTo deliver segmented electronic mailings and relevant newsletters for specific audiencesProject manage an outbound telephone fundraising programmeLine management of one member of staffEssential criteria for the Supporter Journey Manager:Strong knowledge of individual stewardship and supporter care principalsExperience of using a fundraising database, working with a data team to select appropriate data for mailingsExperience of managing multiple projectsExperience of setting and managing multiple budgets and plansExcellent relationship building skillsTo apply for this Supporter Journey Manager, please email your CV to our Office and Specialist Support Team quoting the reference number, 48575CH.
