Behavioural TA Position Available on the Wirral
Your new company
You will join a team of highly experienced professionals who help with the support of children between the ages of 11 and 16 with Challenging behaviour. The school is rated Good by Ofsted. The team are dedicated in ensuring that all pupils fulfil their potential and develop skills to carry them through life.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the one-to-one and small group support of pupils in year 10 and 11. You will be expected to assist with the academic and pastoral support of pupils, ensuring they can access the curriculum as well as being able to learn in a happy and safe environment.
What you'll need to succeed
You should have a minimum of 6 months experience working with children within the last 2 years. You should have relevant experience of working alongside people with behavioural management, and understand the ways in which to best support this. You will need to have a clear DBS (if you don't currently hold one on the Update Service, we can process this for you). You should be a hard working and passionate person, with a good sense of humour.
